• Our technical counsellors put their expertise at the customers' disposal helping them from the choice to the fitting, supporting them while choosing the right product and material and ensuring excellent service and after-sale counselling.
• We offer to our customers a service of technical counselling and customized planning to solve any kind of problem connected with the manufacturing of doors and windows even if there are static burden and difficult compositions.
• Experienced and trained technicians carry out accurate surveys to ensure the products we will manufacture will fit perfectly to the place where they will be installed.
• For every product ordered by our customers we carry out planning and testing, we prepare the designs and the technical documents necessary for a correct manufacturing of the products.

 

Manufacturing

 

• Manufacturing takes place after planning: numerically controlled advanced machinery ensures that every processing on all the products we manufacture is carried out with high precision and absolute quality.
• Quality control is applied to all company processes, in compliance with the certified Corporate Quality System.
• The production control plan provides for systematic quality controls at every stage, from receipt of the goods to the manufacturing and processing stages where controls cover 100% of the components.

 

Fitting and servicing

 

• The original features of our products can be preserved and guaranteed only if expert and trained technicians carry out previous survey and planning which must be complete and competent and if qualified staff, trained by the manufacturing company, executes professional fitting.
• To guarantee perfect fitting our group has 5 vehicles for deliveries and 3 teams of fitters who have been employed and trained by the company and who use all the necessary equipment.
